Who I am
Supreme Plumbing & Heating Solutions ("I", "me") is a sole-trader home-removals business based in Bangor. Contact: supremeplumbingandheatingsolutions@hotmail.com.
What I collect
When you fill in the quote form or contact me, I collect: your name, email, phone number, the move addresses (from / to), preferred date, property size and any notes you add to your enquiry.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and quote for the move
- To organise the booking — date, parking, access, timing
- To carry out the move and stay in touch on the day
- To meet basic record-keeping obligations for self-employed traders
How long I keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months in case you come back for another job. Booking records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. After that, personal details are anonymised.
Who I share it with
- Nobody else — I'm a one-man operation. I never sell your details.
- If a job is exceptionally large and I bring in extra help, I'll only share what's strictly needed (address + access details).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email me at supremeplumbingandheatingsolutions@hotmail.com and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
