What I collect
When you fill in the quote form or contact me, I collect: your name, email, phone number, the move addresses (from / to), preferred date, property size and any notes you add to your enquiry.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and quote for the move
- To organise the booking — date, parking, access, timing
- To carry out the move and stay in touch on the day
- To meet basic record-keeping obligations for self-employed traders
How long I keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months in case you come back for another job. Booking records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. After that, personal details are anonymised.
Who I share it with
- Nobody else — I'm a one-man operation. I never sell your details.
- If a job is exceptionally large and I bring in extra help, I'll only share what's strictly needed (address + access details).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email me at and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
